Jamille Hebron

Dancer, KP Kids, Current Performing Artist

Ever since she was little, Jamille has always been active in numerous sports and dances. Jamille initially focused her attention on basketball, keeping dance as her hobby on the side.  She had started off with Kababayang Pilipino as part of KP Kids for 2 seasons, following in her sister’s footsteps.  However, at the time Jamille felt that she wanted to expand her dance experience into other types of dance, which lead to her brief hiatus from KP. In recent years, she has been quite active in her high school Dance Squad, becoming captain in the following year. Jamille is currently the Junior Dance Squad Teacher of that same school. With Hiphop, Jazz, StreetJazz, and Ballet now added to her dance skill set, Jamille was ready to rejoin the KP family not as "the younger sister," but as a talented dancer in her own right. Since re-joining KP at an older age in 2003, Jamille has participated in shows with the Likha Folk Ensemble in San Francisco and with KP on their 2004 Prince Rupert tour. Jamille is set on proving to everyone that she dances not merely as a ‘hobby’ anymore, but with great fervor and dedication.
